JPL C League Softball 2019

If you want to join as a team or an individual in JPL C League Softball, please contact Charlie Kaczinski (4-3974) or Richard Chen (4-1259) or Scott Morgan (4-4972).

All players must sign a release (pdf) before playing.

SCHEDULE

• "LA" = Loma Alta Park. "HN" and "HS" are the two fields at Hahamongna Park.
• First listed team is home team and has equipment responsibility
• Equipment is obtained from assigned equipment monitor (see below).
• All games start at 5:30. Arrive by 5:20 to warm up. This means YOU!
• x-x means field not available to C League.

Reporting Games: The only requirement is to report forfeits. Forfeits consist of less than 8 players or no women. The additional information is to help a team's credibility by showing it has consistently extra players for most games, even though a game is forfeited. A report should be submitted after each game to Charlie Kaczinski.

If one of your games should be rained out, a makeup game will be added. Call Charlie Kaczinski to report rainouts. Try not to cancel games first thing in the morning if the weather looks iffy. It will frequently clear by game time.

In case of a field conflict (i.e. others won't get off), here are our 2019 field permits for Hahamongna (Apr to Jun) and for Loma Alta (not available yet).

Hahamongna has no staff on site, so if the others don't respect the permit, call the park ranger at (626)744-4241. Loma Alta has staff inside the basketball gym past left center field, in particular Penny Daniels. If she's unavailable, someone else there should be able to help.

Loma Alta Park

Bases are 60 feet apart with cones at 150 feet from home plate. The pitching rubber is 46 feet from home.
