Reporting Games: The only requirement is to report forfeits. Forfeits consist of less than 8 players or no women. The additional information is to help a team's credibility by showing it has consistently extra players for most games, even though a game is forfeited. A report should be submitted after each game. You do so via either html or MS Word.

If one of your games should be rained out, a makeup game will be added. Call Charlie Kaczinski to report rainouts. Try not to cancel games first thing in the morning if the weather looks iffy. It will frequently clear by game time.

Both managers should bring copies of the field permit and the C League rules to every game.

GENERAL INFO

March 28: deadline to sign up (for teams). Managers, the steps are:
1. Go to any branch of the Caltech/JPL Credit Union.
  1. Deposit $230 into account #1359870-01. Personal check is best; cash, ok; credit card, no.
  2. Ask the teller to put your name and team name in the DESCRIPTION field of the electronic deposit record, which you will NOT receive. Instead...
  3. Request an "Off-Line Transaction Document" from the teller. Fill in your name, league, and team name in the Print Name field.
  4. The Credit Union should send the normal receipt to Sam Dolinar (238-420). If the teller gives it to you, please send it to Sam or to Richard Chen.
2. Send the registrar (Charlie Kaczinski, 103-101, 3-6994 fax) a copy of your "Off-Line Transaction Document" plus a roster. If you use physical mail, inform the registrar in case they arrive after the deadline.
