All games start at 5:30. Arrive by 5:20 to warm up. This means YOU!

Reporting Games: The only requirement is to report forfeits. Forfeits consist of less than 8 players or no women. The additional information is to help a team's credibility by showing it has consistently extra players for most games, even though a game is forfeited. A report should be submitted after each game. You do so via either html or MS Word.

If one of your games should be rained out, a makeup game will be added. Call Charlie Kaczinski to report rainouts. Try not to cancel games first thing in the morning if the weather looks iffy. It will frequently clear by game time.

Both managers should bring copies of the field permit (MS Word) and the C League rules to every game.

GENERAL INFO

March 19: deadline to sign up (for teams). $230. Managers, the steps are:
1. fills out and signs an official team fee deposit form;
2. takes the deposit form to the CU and presents it to the teller at the time of deposit;
3. deposits the requisite team fee (in the form of a check, cash, or a CU transfer - no mixed deposit types) into the JPL Softball Program's account;
4. gets the deposit form stamped by the CU teller as proof-of-payment;
5. retains the original stamped proof-of-payment for his/her records;
6. sends a copy* of the stamped proof-of-payment form, along with a valid roster (html, xls), to his/her league commissioner**.
* Copies may be mailed, hand-delivered, faxed, or e-mailed (after scanning).
** Deadline for completion of step f) = the league's announced deadline
